Squadron 500D/1000D for equipment manufacture
Brookwood Squadron MultiCam / Coyote is a laminated nylon fabric with a 500D/1000D construction. Applications include outer panels for vests, pouches and backpacks. Brookwood supports laser cutting for slotted panels; validate part geometry, seams and cutting settings on a sample. The fabric is not standalone ballistic protection.
Colour and layer combination
The MultiCam Original face is paired with a solid Coyote SD backing, for constructions requiring a camouflage face and a coyote reverse. The image is a prepared illustration based on the official manufacturer swatch; approve shade and pattern scale against physical material.
Width, weight and roll length
DELIM inventory lists 138 cm and 610–750 g/m². The previous MultiCam/Coyote listing also used a 135–138 cm width range; confirm the particular roll with a manager. Brookwood lists a 55–60″ width and 25-yard roll (22.86 m). The 2025 specification gives a weight range of 18–22 oz/yd², approximately 610–746 g/m². Catalogue data, inventory descriptions and specification limits serve different purposes; confirm actual width, weight, cut length and selling unit with a manager. The manufacturer’s 25-yard roll does not establish DELIM’s minimum order.
Reading the technical specification
The table contains requirements from Squadron C0 2025 (TP B-93-BRG), not test results for a particular roll. The 250 psi minimum under ASTM D751 and no leakage at 35 cm under AATCC 127 are different tests. The AATCC 22 ratings of 100/100/90 are not waterproofness percentages. C0 denotes a water-repellent finish without intentionally added PFAS; confirm the finish of the actual delivery. This sheet provides no numeric NIR results or ballistic protection rating. B52 500D/500D requires a separate specification.
