PASAMON categories include woven technical tapes, webbing and cords. The part number, raw material and version must be agreed for the specific application.

Starting points in the catalogue

Browse webbing and tapes for equipment to identify the category you need. These are general DELIM sections; whether a selected item is a PASAMON product must be confirmed separately.

If you have a designation from a PASAMON sample or catalogue, send it with your enquiry. The absence of a dedicated product page does not prevent an enquiry, but supply still needs to be confirmed.

Width is not the only important parameter

For a strap or handle, specify the width, thickness, preferred stiffness and part length. Add raw-material and stretch requirements if they are defined in your specification.

For an assembly with a buckle or adjuster, send the hardware designation and threading method. Tape and hardware should be tested together: nominal size alone is not enough to approve the complete assembly.

For a coloured version, add a colour reference and quantity for each option. If the product has special requirements for strength, washing or other operating conditions, include them with your request for documentation.

From sample to order

A manager will confirm the available category, supply format, price and lead time. For series production, arrange to test a sample after sewing and any other operations you use. Keep the part number and agreed parameters for repeat orders.

Questions about PASAMON

Can a tape be selected from a photograph?

A photo can help identify the category, but add the width, thickness and performance requirements for the part. Mention any marking or sample you have.

Are cut lengths available, or only rolls?

Specify the required length and part number. The supply format and minimum quantity are confirmed for the specific item.

Can I replace a tape with another one of the same width?

Do not approve a substitution without checking. Compare the thickness, raw material, stretch and how the tape works with your hardware as well.

Does the brand confirm suitability for a fall-arrest system?

No. A special-purpose application requires documentation and testing of the specific material and finished construction. The PASAMON name alone does not provide that confirmation.
